10 DAY RISK FREE TRIAL New Residential Units Only
Effective 06/07/03 We are so certain that you will be totally pleased with your new free-standing residential air purifier that it comes with a 10 DAY RISK FREE TRIAL. Your 10 days start from the date you receive your order. If, after proper adjustment and placement of your new air purifier and having given it ample time to work, your air purifier fails to clean the air, you may return it for a full refund of it's purchase price less shipping and handling charges.How To Return Your Purifier: 1) First, your air purifier must be repacked in it's original box with all paperwork, materials, packing, and parts intact and in good-as-new condition. We will not be responsible for damage during it's return due to improper packing (if you have any questions about how to properly repack your purifier, we will be happy to instruct you). 2) Next, call toll free at 888-801-4482 for a return verification number. This is needed to properly track your purifier and credit your account. 3) Finally, take your purifier to a UPS shipping center and request standard ground service and insured for the value of the air purifier. Within 3 business days of receipt and inspection of your returned air purifier, we will issue you a refund check via 1st class mail. Any damage, excessive cleaning, broken or missing parts or paperwork, and/or necessary reconditioning to return your air purifier to good-as-new condition will be charged accordingly and deducted from your refund. This Risk Free Trial is in addition to any and all manufacturer's warrantees. What This Risk Free Trial Does Not Cover: This 10 Day Risk Free Trial does not apply to air purifier upgrades, sale items, discounted items, demo sales, reconditioned units, installed air or water purifiers, 220v air purifiers, commercial units, improper placement, improper adjustment, decreased performance due to inadequate air flow, failure to use as directed, misuse, or the lack of need. In the case of upgrades we will, at our discretion and after inspection of your returned unit, credit the full amount of your initial investment toward the upgrade you have selected. Returns for upgrades should follow the same shipping procedure as described above. NOTE: All sales are final on sale items, discounted items, demo sales, reconditioned units, installed units, and commercial units.
